
Salon Policies
Please arrive to your scheduled appointment on time. If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, you may be asked to reschedule your current appointment.
I understand unexpected situations arise, but please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in a 25$ cancellation fee that will be due before rescheduling that will be added as a credit to your next appointment.
Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment without ANY notice may result in a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service due before rescheduling and will require prepayment of your future appointments.
It is my sincere goal to achieve 100% satisfaction for all of my work for every appointment but as we all know, we can’t please every person every time. I am more than happy to provide any adjustments to any service within 7 days of your appointment. That being said, services are unlike goods which you buy in a store that can be refunded. The time and products used during your service can not be returned. Therefore, I can not offer a refund for any services provided in my salon.
I accept cash, check, all major credit cards and Apple Pay.
There will be a $30 fee for any returned checks.
